Our Home Economics curriculum is a teacher directed year long course designed to introduce students to many areas of study in Home Economics.
Starting on day one, students get jobs working for the teacher. Then they earn money as the complete all of the assignments and projects assigned by the teacher. Each week they receive a paycheck based on the work they do in class and pay the bills they have found. Their goal is to stay out of debt, and the person with the most money establishes the “A” grade.
